You may use the Service to compare spreadsheet files and generate a difference report. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any files you submit.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or upload content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others.

3. Data processing

The Service processes your files to compute differences and produce output. If you deploy your own backend or storage, your organization’s policies will govern retention and access.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will meet all business or compliance requirements.
