Retention depends on how the backend is deployed and configured (for example, whether results are written to blob storage). For strict requirements, run the backend in your own Azure environment and configure retention, access controls, and encryption policies that meet your needs.

Like most web services, the Service may collect basic operational logs (for example request timestamps, response codes, and error messages) to maintain reliability and troubleshoot issues.

5. Third‑party services

The Service may rely on third‑party infrastructure providers and open-source libraries. Those providers may process limited technical data as part of delivering the Service.
