Excel File Compare helps you quickly spot differences between two versions of a spreadsheet. Upload your “old” and “new” files, choose the columns that uniquely identify a row, and generate a clear report of what changed.
What we built
A simple workflow for comparing Excel/CSV files and producing a downloadable diff report (new, missing, updated, and deleted rows). It’s designed to be fast, easy to use, and predictable.
Who it’s for
Anyone who works with spreadsheets: analysts, operations teams, finance, HR, and engineers who need to validate data updates or reconcile extracts.
Data & privacy
Your files are used only to generate the comparison output. For strict requirements, we recommend hosting the backend API in your own Azure subscription and applying your preferred retention and access controls.
